Contact Glyphia
We read messages from parents and guardians about privacy, safety, beta feedback, and access questions. During beta we cannot guarantee how quickly we will reply.
We do not list phone numbers on this page and we do not accept contact through private personal email addresses.
What to contact us about
Use the email route that best fits your message:
- hello@glyphia.app — general questions, beta feedback, and how Glyphia works.
- privacy@glyphia.app — privacy questions, cookies, and requests about access to or removal of information.
- safety@glyphia.app — child safety concerns, inappropriate story content, or urgent safety feedback.
Privacy, safety, and access requests
If you want to know what information may be linked to your child's use, or if you want us to look into removal during beta, email the privacy address. We handle requests manually during beta.
If you believe your child saw something unsafe or upsetting in a story, stop using the app and email the safety address with what you can share.
Beta feedback
If you are in our private beta and want to share how Glyphia worked for your family, we would like to hear from you at the hello address. Please do not include unnecessary personal details about your child.
