Glyphia

Terms

These terms describe how you may use Glyphia during our private beta. They are written for parents and guardians, not as formal legal advice.

Glyphia is preparing for a small private beta. These pages describe how the product works today. They are beta basics, not a full lawyer-reviewed compliance programme, and they may change as Glyphia develops.

Terms of use

By using Glyphia, you agree to these beta terms on behalf of yourself and any child you allow to use the app. If you do not agree, please do not use Glyphia.

These terms have not been reviewed by lawyers. They reflect how the product works today and may change during beta.

Private beta product

Glyphia is preparing for a small private beta. Features, stories, and availability may change, pause, or break without notice. There is no payment flow and no paid subscription in the current beta.

We may invite families selectively and may limit access during beta.

Parent and guardian responsibility

An adult parent or guardian is responsible for a child's use of Glyphia. You decide when and how your child reads, and you should stay nearby or supervise as you would with any children's app.

Glyphia does not provide accounts or parental controls beyond the product design described on our Privacy page.

Child-safe use

Glyphia is built for structured reading: children choose from preset options and cannot type free text during stories. There is no chat.

If you see content that concerns you, or if your child is upset by a story, stop using the app and contact us at the safety address below.

Generated stories

Stories are generated for entertainment and reading practice. Every scene is checked before it is shown, but generated fiction may not always be perfect.

Stories are not reviewed for your child's individual circumstances. You know your child best.

Not a substitute for professional guidance

Glyphia is not educational, medical, mental-health, or safety advice. It does not replace teachers, doctors, counsellors, or your own judgment about what is right for your child.

Availability and changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during beta. Worlds, voices, and features may be added, changed, or removed.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The current version will always be on this page.

Things not allowed

When using Glyphia, you agree not to:

  • Misuse the app or attempt to bypass safety checks.
  • Take apart or copy how Glyphia works behind the scenes, or overload our systems.
  • Use Glyphia to harass us or other users, or to send unlawful content through contact channels.
  • Present Glyphia as something it is not (for example, a certified educational or therapeutic product).
